Second time using these guys so figured I’d drop a review.
First experience was the week of thanksgiving when a water line started leaking in the ceiling of my kitchen. Called Cherry Blossom and they sent John out the next day. He was able to diagnose and offer a couple of options for repair. Once we decided on which way to proceed John came back the next day to do the install. He was able to get me back up and running for thanksgiving on short notice!
Second time around the kitchen sink was backing up. Called up cherry blossom who sent out a tech the next day again. This time around the service tech was unable to fix my issue, though it was evident he did not have the experience level that John did. The tech was unable to clear my line and ended up charging me for extra time because he was struggling with the repair - didn’t make sense to me that the cost was passed on to me for that. I called Cherry blossom later dissatisfied with my experience - I was confident my issue was not complicated and required a simple to fix (I am a contractor as well and am usually able to diagnose these things before calling in for service). The next day they sent John out. John did exactly what I asked the first tech to do (for some reason the first guy ended up doing his own thing which is ultimately why it was unsuccessful). John was able to clear my line in about an hour and then helped get my drain tied back in. Both times cherry blossom has offered prompt response time, and John is knowledgeable and good to work with. He’s good about offering a couple options to help mitigate cost as well. I do recommend these guys - and if you call, ask for John.
