Our Commitment

Cherry Blossom Plumbing is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the experience for everyone who uses cherryblossomplumbing.com and to apply relevant accessibility standards across our website serving the DMV.

Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and to support the goals of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

Measures We Take

Semantic HTML, landmarks, and a clear heading structure for screen-reader navigation
A skip link to jump to main content and visible :focus-visible indicators
Color contrast that targets WCAG AA for text and interactive elements
Keyboard-operable navigation, menus, dialogs, and forms (Escape closes menus)
Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images; decorative images marked as such
Touch targets sized for mobile (about 44×44 CSS pixels where practical)
Responsive layouts that reflow for zoom and small screens

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content — such as third-party widgets (financing applications, scheduling, maps, or embedded forms) or older PDF documents — may not yet be fully accessible. Financing applications open on the lender’s hosted site. We are working to identify and address gaps and welcome your feedback. Ask third-party vendors for a VPAT when needed.
