SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These terms govern the text (SMS/MMS) messaging program operated by Casteel Plumbing LLC doing business as Cherry Blossom Plumbing (“we,” “us”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms and to receiving text messages as described below.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and the authorized owner or user of the mobile number you provide. Do not enroll a number that is not yours.

Types of messages

• Transactional / customer-care: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician/dispatch updates, estimate and invoice follow-ups, and replies to your questions.
• Promotional (separate consent): occasional offers or seasonal reminders, sent only if you opt in to marketing messages.

How you opt in

You provide express consent by checking the SMS consent box on a form, by texting us first, or by giving consent verbally or in writing to our team. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

“By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Cherry Blossom Plumbing at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages; your carrier’s standard rates apply.

Opt out (STOP) & help (HELP)

Cancel anytime by replying STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT). We will send a one-time confirmation and stop texting unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP, or contact us at (703) 214-2551 or [email protected].

Privacy & your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information you provide is otherwise handled under our Privacy Policy.

Carriers & delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
