When to use this checklist

Use it the moment sewage or wastewater appears on a commercial floor, or multiple restrooms/kitchens back up together.

Immediate steps

1) Stop fixture use. 2) Keep staff and customers out of contaminated areas. 3) Shut off water at the local or building shutoff if flooding continues. 4) Call us and your property contact. 5) Do not run chemical openers into standing sewage.
